22 pounds

I stopped really paying much attention at the end of January, no longer tracking what I eat or how much I exercise. Motivation circled the drain and vanished. Partly because I was very frustrated at the unmovable plateau and the difficulty of returning to my exercise routine after Christmas.

Of course, I've avoided the scale.

This morning I climbed on and noted I've somehow lost 2 more pounds, down to a grand total of 22 since October.

I'll take it.
